LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • Colour differences
  • Minor inconsistencies caused by the handmade process

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a major defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

EXCHANGES
We cannot offer traditional exchanges due to the unique, one-of-one nature of our pieces.
If approved, we may offer a replacement (if applicable) or store credit.
